Hartley Group Global Consulting (HGGC) is an independent consulting practice run by Robert Hartley, a Japanese–English bilingual Business Analyst. The practice works both directions across the same cultural gap: helping overseas companies enter Japan, and helping Japanese companies present themselves credibly abroad.

The background behind the reviews: years of BA work inside Japan's IT industry — insurance, e-commerce, healthcare, telecom, and SaaS — covering requirements definition, UX flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, QA perspectives, and stakeholder coordination between business and engineering.
